WORK AND LIFE EXPERIENCE PROGRAM

A work and life experience program with CETA is a short-term placement for secondary school students from Year 9 – 11 (M.3 – M.5) with employers to provide insights into the industry and the workplace. It provides students with the valuable opportunity to:

• Develop employability skills
• Explore possible career option
• Understand employer expectations
• Increase their self-understanding, maturity, independence and self-confidence
• Develop life experience – living away from home and learn how to interact with other people
