Philosophy

Brighton College is a leading private school in England. Founded in 1845 and open to both male and female students from the age of 3-18 years old, Brighton College is distinguished for the academics. The school is ranked in the Top 10 English schools and has won the Outstanding School of the Year title by The Sunday Times newspaper in 2011 and 2012. Besides outstanding academics, the school has good reputation for sports, music, art, dancing and stage performances.

Curriculum and Qualifications

Brighton College offers GCSE (Years 10 and 11). Students are to choose to study 10 subjects form which 4 are electives. Compulsory subjects include: English Language, English Literature, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

For A-Level (Years 12 and 13) courses, students are to study either 3 or 4 subjects.
