Trent College delivers an authentic British boarding school experience. With only 5% of our students from overseas, we provide a first-class education immersed in English language, culture and way of life. Our school community brings together young people from 15 different nationalities. We offer students extensive opportunities to progress and achieve in all areas of school life, including academics, sport, art, drama and music.

With continual investment in facilities, students benefit from a wonderful environment designed to inspire and motivate them. Boarding Houses are modern and homely, there is a contemporary careers hub, a beautiful library, upgraded science laboratories, a university-style lecture theatre and much more, all set within 45 glorious acres of private grounds.

Boarding at Trent helps to foster a capacity to get on with others and relate to people from all over the world, with backgrounds that may be very different from their own. It also builds essential life skills such as independence, confidence, self-reliance and the ability to live in a community.

Our Boarding community is based around four cozy Boarding Houses, all contained within our safe and secure campus. Our Activity Programme encourages pupils to make the most of their free time in the evenings and at weekends. Weekly trips make full use of local facilities and on-site activities, including themed food & film nights, provide plenty of opportunity for pupils to socialise.
